Casa Angelica is a spacious country house in Costa del Sol, Andalusia, Spain, a 10-minute drive from Cómpeta, with all paved roads.
Please note that this is a house in the mountains (usually 400-600 m above the coast) and here the roads are winding and access can also be by dirt tracks.

It offers convenient access to the beach, with a 35-minute drive to Torrox Costa or a 25-minute shortcut to a quieter beach near El Morche via a narrow, unpaved road.In any case you will notice there are some potholes.
The property features several terraces with stunning views of the Mediterranean and Africa’s coast during winter.
The house is family-friendly, with a fenced swimming pool and ample space for relaxation.
The rustic living room includes an open fireplace and a flat-screen TV with German satellite channels and is furnished with top-quality furniture, while the well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need and has views of the pool. From the kitchen you can also access a separate dining room.
Casa Angelica can accommodate up to 8 people with its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread across two floors. On the ground floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, while the other 3 bedrooms and the remaining 2 bathrooms (with bathtub) are on the first floor. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning; in two of them there are en-suite bathrooms.

Pool season is typically from April 1 to October 31.
Late check in until 1a.m. can be arranged with a supplement.
A deposit is requested in cash upon arrival.
Electricity meter readings are taken upon arrival and departure for homes with air conditioning or electric heating. Excess usage beyond 100 kW per week (or 21.5 kW daily for longer stays) is charged at 0.39 euros per kW. Normal consumption ranges from 70 to 200 kW/h weekly.
