In the heart of the city of Otranto, famous for its historical monuments, lies the holiday home Federica with a view of the countryside. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator and has a living-dining room with a sofa bed, a well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with A/C as well as a bathroom and offers space for 6 persons. It is also equipped with air conditioning,
dishwasher, washing machine and a television. From your balcony you can watch the hustle and bustle of the city and end the evening with a glass of wine. Restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarkets are 50 m away and the historical centre of the city, with a beautiful cathedral and a magnificent castle, can be found after 350 m. The beach Vista Sul Mare is right in front of your door and can be reached in a 3-minute walk.
Pets are allowed (on request, at extra charge).
Bed linen are included in the price while towels are on request for an extra fee.
