Only 6 km from Ibiza town and 1 km from Sant Rafael, the Villa Blanca is in a quiet location and impresses guests with its great outdoor area. The holiday home was built in Mediterranean style and consists of a main house as well as a bedroom suite, with a separate living room and one bathroom. The main house has a cosy living room with a long stone table for communal meals, a well-equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms. Therefore, both properties combined can accommodate a total of 14 people. The Finca also has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. In the spacious outdoor area you will find a 25 m² pool for cooling off on hot days, a garden with Mediterranean plants, a terrace with a barbecue where you can end the evening with a glass of wine and a comfortable lounge area. The area is perfect for exploring Ibiza's famous nightlife, visiting some of the island's most beautiful bays or taking a day trip to Formentera, famous for its turquoise, crystal clear waters which recall Caribbean beaches. The nearest supermarket and a selection of restaurants are located in Sant Rafael, 3 km or 6 minutes by car from the property, and Talamanca beach is 7.7 km or 13 minutes away by car.
