The cozy holiday apartment 'Seeglück' is situated in a quiet residential area between the centre of Konstanz and the banks of the lake and is ideal for holidays with a big group of friends or the whole family in this beautiful area. The 75 m² holiday home comprises a living room with a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 additional sofa bed for 1 person each and 1 other bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 additional sofa bed for 1 person, as well as a bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and flat screen televisions.
The outdoor area boasts a garden, which is shared with the neighbouring apartment (tiny house) and invites you to relax in the sunshine, have breakfast and spend the evenings with a glass of wine.
From the holiday home, it is a 6-minute walk (550 m) to the nearest supermarket and only 100 m or a one-minute walk to a bakery. A restaurant is just across the street, a 2-minute walk or 170 m from the home, as well as a bus stop. The picturesque old town centre of Konstanz lies on the other side of the Rhine and is 3 km or a 9-minute drive away, but you can also get there by bus in only 7 minutes. There you can walk around the charming narrow streets, experience the regional cuisine in one of the many restaurants and visit the cathedral “Konstanzer Münster”, as well as the marina. The nearest beach, Strandbad Horn, is located next to the thermal bath and is a great spot for refreshing swims in the midst of a wonderful lake panorama. The charming Reichenau Island in the lake, also a World Heritage Site, is a 15-minute drive (10 km) away and features lovely beaches and a very special atmosphere.
