Casa de Pato is set mid-way between Papagayo Beaches and the Marina Rubicon, with the coast line being just a pebbles throw away.

It is just a 2 minute to 2 supermarkets (Hiperdino and Overseas) , stocking all you need for your holiday shop. Next to Hiperdino there is also Antonio's Cafe that opens early for breakfast and Indian Gourmet Restaurant & Lounge Bar.

In the garden there is a shaded sofa area to sit and chill, a covered dining area, a BBQ and a modern Bali-style lounge bed next to the pool.

The pool is electrically heated and there are sun loungers. The garden gate is lockable so the garden is completely secure for young children.

The lounge is bright, sunny and comfortable with free fibre optic WIFI and IPTV. There's also a desk if you're working during your stay.

Off the lounge the kitchen is well equipped and of a good size, a door leads to a utility room, where you will find the washing machine, clothes airer and useful storage space for all that sandy beach paraphernalia.

There is a single bedroom on the ground floor, with a small cloakroom toilet and sink too. The stairs lead to a further 2 bedrooms, and a family bathroom with a new walk in shower.

The master bedroom has a sizable en suite bathroom with a double his and hers sink, & a new walk in shower. The twin bedroom has incredible views over to the Rubicon Range of Mountains. There is FREE air con in the 2 upstairs bedrooms

The master bedroom has a balcony, lovely table and chairs for two and sea views over the roof tops towards Fuerteventura. Perfect for breakfast, early morning sun and reading that holiday novel.

Casa de Pato is the perfect place for a great Holiday, especially if you do not wish to hire a car as you're close to amenities.

Included with all Lanzarote Lates bookings are pool, bath & hand towels and a welcome pack on arrival.
The Welcome Pack includes a bottle of wine, a bottle of water, a carton of orange juice, some tea, coffee and sugar sachets, a packet of biscuits, a kitchen cleaning kit and some bathroom toiletries to get you started on your holiday.
Bed linen and towels are included.
