The vacation apartment Hotz is located in Lindau, in the Niederhaus district, and is therefore only 5 km (10 minutes by car) from Lindau Island and Lake Constance. In the immediate vicinity (10-minute walk), you will find the Golf Club Lindau, one of the most beautiful courses in Europe, and only 10 minutes by car from the accommodation, there is another golf course in the city of Bad Schachen. The vacation apartment is the ideal starting point for visiting the numerous sights in the Lake Constance triangle of Germany, Austria, Switzerland or for bicycle tours and excursions to the nearby Alps region. There is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity of the vacation apartment. There are busses every half hour, the visitor's tax entitles you to use the city transport of Lindau free of charge.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. For your car there is a carport or a garage available. There is also a bicycle parking space. Pets are not allowed.
