This 250 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 with shower, 1 with bathtub) and can therefore accommodate 11 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning in the whole house as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot is available upon request and a high chair is available.
The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool (open all year round), a garden, an open terrace, a barbecue and a playground.
3 parking spaces are available on the property.
Pets are not allowed.
There is a security deposit of €300.00 per stay. The deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival and it will be returned via Bizum or bank transfer up to 24hs after your check-out.
Late check-in (after 9pm) is possible upon request for an extra fee of €50.00.
Flexible check-out is possible upon request during low and mid-season (subject to availability).
