The modern apartment VCV San Telmo is located in the heart of the capital of Gran Canaria in Las Palmas, yet only 8 minutes by car from the fantastic sandy beach. The colorfully decorated apartment has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and an additional toilet and can accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, washing machine, a TV and a child's high chair.
Due to the central location, you will find a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping as well as several supermarkets in the immediate vicinity (2-8 minutes walk). You can reach the town's sandy beach, Playa de Las Alcaravaneras, after an 8-minute drive or 32-minute walk (2.5 km). To the famous sand dunes in the south of the island (Maspalomas) you need a 44-minute drive (57 km). The airport of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is about 19 minutes by car (23 km) away.
Parking is available on the street (but not guaranteed).
There are paid parking garages in the vicinity.
Pets and parties are not allowed.
