In a quiet residential area of Gaienhofen on Lake Constance, the modern holiday apartment 'Domizil auf der Höri' lies in close proximity to the lakeshore. The location on a light slope offers a wide view, partly also on Lake Constance.
The 95 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, heating, a dryer as well as a satellite television.
The holiday apartment also boasts a large private and south-facing terrace (open and covered), where you can relax in the evening.
The lake, with its promenades, walking and cycling paths, can be reached in 6 minutes on foot (450m), where you can lie down by the beach and enjoy refreshments from the kiosk. The ferry stop Hemmenhofen is also 700m away. The next restaurant is reachable in 3-4 minutes on foot (200m) and the next café is 6-8 minutes away (580m). Meanwhile, a supermarket, bar, and bakery are less than 3 minutes away by car (1.2km).
Zurich Airport is an hour away by car (64km).
A parking space is available in a garage (access to the apartment from there).
Pets are not allowed.
