My apartment, newly built (2022), is located in the locality "la Suaredda" inserted in a quiet area but at the same time close to the center of the country only 2 km and a step away from the beach of the Cinta (about 1 km). For this reason it is ideal both for families and for a group of friends and can accommodate up to 5 people maximum. It consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds. The large living area consists of a kitchenette equipped with induction hobs and dishwasher, a sofa bed for one person, smart TV and overlooks, through a large French door, directly on the private garden. The bathroom with shower box, including washing machine and hair dryer. The veranda covered and equipped with table and chairs will allow you to enjoy your meals outdoors overlooking the garden with lawn. The parking space is located in front of the house in a street for exclusive use, so no traffic.

The house is equipped with linens and towels. It is air-conditioned and has free Wi-Fi. Please take special care in the use and cleaning of induction burners. You will find in the apartment a reminder on how to use them and the best method for proper cleaning after use. You will be provided with a calendar with simple instructions for door-to-door garbage collection and everything you need to take care of it. If at the end of your stay there will be waste in the house you will have to deliver it personally to the municipal eco-centre or to the mobile collection points.

A daily tourist tax apply for every guests. Nearby are available all necessary services such as markets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacy. In addition, just 200 meters away is the stop of the "beach bus" that will allow you to visit all the main beaches of San Teodoro without necessarily having to use your car. The house enjoys an excellent location with respect to the beach La Cinta (the most famous of the country) just 15 minutes walk and 5 by car (1.3 km). The location is also strategic for exploring the North East of Sardinia, the beautiful beaches of Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, Capo Coda Cavallo, etc..
