The 150 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
Your private outdoor area includes a garden and a barbecue.
The property has direct access to the sea. No driving is required as it is a 5-minute walk.
The city centre with all services is 1 km away. You will need to drive there though. The nature reserve Riserva dello Zingaro is a 5-minute drive away. The nearest supermarket is closed in the winter time (opens from May till October).

Only small pets are allowed.
