There is a person at the door that allows the entrance to the residents with a 24h service. Guests must pay an extra fifteen euros for this service.
There is free parking at the door of the property, and charging of electric vehicles is not allowed. A private parking on the beach is included in the price for guests.
We will be pleased to welcome you, and please note that no parties or any kind of event that may interrupt the rest of the neighbors are allowed, nor is it allowed under 30 years old.
Property rules:
- In this private urbanization, NO events are ALLOWED. Otherwise, the amount will be deducted from the deposit.
- Pets are allowed up to a maximum weight of 30kg.
