The 35 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, cable TV, heating, a fan as well as a washing machine.
The holiday home also offers a private balcony where you can relax in the evening.
The Supermarket Modelo is nearby. A viewpoint is 1 minute away from the house, and the city centre is a 20-minutes walk away.
Free parking is available on the street.
