Located in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, the studio "Gai Soleil" has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 20 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include a TV and heating.
The studio boasts a private balcony and it is located in a quiet dead-end street with a magnificent view of the valley and mountains.
The property offers an excellent location close to the centre of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains.
There is a free TMB covered parking lot right next to the residence and free covered parking in the center of town.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
Bed linen and towels are not provided, but can be rented at the village laundry.
Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available, although there is good signal for 4G and 5G.
A car is not essential as next to the property there is a shuttle that runs every 10 minutes.
