Our apartments in El Cotillo are located in close proximity to the beach and the sea and with 40 square meters (+ outdoor areas) are suitable for individual stays, couples and of course for families with up to three children (e.g. 2 children, 1 baby). Baby crib, baby equipment and baby chair are optionally available We attach great importance to cleanliness and regular maintenance.
El Cotillo, the authentic coastal village in the northwest of Fuerteventura, is located away from the hustle and bustle and mass tourism. Fishermen, individual tourists and wealthy locals, many of whom have built their second homes here, meet in the narrow streets of the old harbor district. In addition to the surf spots in the south of "Cotillo", there are paradisiacal beaches on the other side. Our apartments are located directly on one of these beaches.
UNESCO declared Fuerteventura a biosphere reserve in 2009 due to its magnificent volcanic landscape and pristine beaches. The island impresses with its fascinating geological diversity, from imposing mountain peaks to impressive crater landscapes. The biosphere reserve not only protects natural resources, but also promotes sustainable development and the preservation of traditional culture. Visitors can experience the beauty and diversity of Fuerteventura in its purest form, whether by hiking volcanic peaks or relaxing walks along pristine beaches.
Between a visit to the beach and a tour of the island, a detour to the local cheese dairies and restaurants should not be missed. In La Oliva, the "hot spot" of gastronomy on Fuerteventura, local products are deliciously prepared. From famous goat's cheese to fresh meat from the region, the variety of regional cuisine impresses with its aromas and flavors. Freshly grown vegetables, crisp salads and traditional baked goods reflect the authentic taste of the island.
