The heart of Country Resort il Frassine is the large villa (12 beds ), which was the summer residence of Physicist Enrico Fermi.

In addition to the historical value , the villa is located on one of the most beautiful hills of the Florentine Chianti, surrounded by 60 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, fruit trees in addition to the park with century-old trees the villa called the Frassine is located within the Azienda Agricola il Frassine, a working farm that produces wine oil and fruit.

Inside the farm there are many animals dogs , horses , cows and all farmyard animals.
The villa consists of 4 double bedrooms , a quadruple room, a small bedroom ancillary to the others and 4 bathrooms with shower.

ROOM SILVIA:
beautiful 30 sq m room located on the ground floor consisting of a four-poster double bed, bathroom with shower and antique furniture.

FERMI & GINGER ROOM:
this room was chosen by physicist enrico fermi to stay in the summer periods when he resided at the villa il Frassine. From blue shades is composed of double bed, period furniture, bathroom with shower, easily connectable to the smaller room "ginger"
(2 places), ideal for kids.

PANORAMA ROOM:
room of 35 sqm located on the first floor furnished with period furniture and with a balcony, bathroom with shower.

PINK ROOM:
beautiful room from pink color located on the second floor, consisting of double bed and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower.
There are three beautiful living rooms with fireplace and a very large American-style kitchen.

Heating available for an extra fee on consumption.
Eletricity on consumption.

Every Monday morning from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. sale of products from our farm: wines, oil, fruit and vegetables.
