Located in Pozo Izquierdo, in the southeast of Gran Canaria, this 200 m² duplex holiday home offers accommodation for up to 6 people, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
All bedrooms are on the upper floor, one with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and another with a shower.
The ground floor features a living room, dining area, and a fully equipped private kitchen.
Amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV with video on demand, washing machine, dryer, fan, and a dedicated workspace.
For families, a cot and high chair are available. You can enjoy two private outdoor terraces and a private garden, ideal for barbecues and relaxing moments.
An outdoor shower allows you to rinse off after the beach.
The entrance terrace offers space to gather and sunbathe.
Parking is available both on the property and on the street, and a shared electric vehicle charger is available for an additional fee.
Events are not permitted on the property.

Una estancia muy agradable. La bienvenida y comunicación con la host fue excelente. La cocina esta muy bien equipada tambien.
