In nardò, the villa Katiuscia offers an excellent view of the sea. The 110 m² property consists of a living room, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 9 people. Additional amenities include a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. This accommodation does not offer: Wi-Fi and towels.
The villa is set near Captain’s Swamp, Porto Selvaggio Natural Park and Bay, and Sant'Isidoro Beach.
3 parking spaces are available on the property, and free parking is available on the street.
Families with children are welcome.
1 pet is allowed (for a fee).
Celebrating events on this property is not allowed.
Guests are required to properly separate waste collection using the provided calendar and bins, and to leave the kitchen clean upon departure. In case of non-compliance, the deposit may be lost and a fee may apply.
Additional services include a shuttle to and from Brindisi Airport and/or the train station, excursions, private SUP lessons at Santa Maria al Bagno Beach, and boat and raft excursions.
